It’s that time of year again when fresher’s week rolls around and for one (or two) weeks everyone just gets absolutely wasted. At Beer Pong, we think there is a fine art to getting absolutely smashed for a full week, so we are here to give you a guide on how to keep the drinking fun during the WHOLE of Fresher's (even when you feel like death).
Here are some drinking games we recommend for each part of the week, to learn more about the rules click the link in each title. SO LET’S GO FRESHERS.
BEGINNING OF THE WEEK
ARENT YOU EXCITED TO PARTY? You will hear the phrase “down it fresher” and “go hard or go home” a lot at the start of the week. So enjoy yourself… before the hangovers start kicking in.
Beer Pong
Now we may sound a bit biased here, but beer pong is a fantastic game. It’s particularly good for freshers too though, you get drunk, make fast friends, loyal teammates and it’s just hilarious fun. Bring this out towards the beginning of the week in fresher’s to have an easy way to bond with your new pals.
Centurion
Centurion is the true test of endurance, show your strength early on.
MIDDLE OF THE WEEK
Okay, we know you’re hurting, stay strong, we are going to tone it down (just a little bit). Here are a few games that are still great fun, but won’t destroy your fragile fresher soul.
Cards Against Humanity
Another great game to bond too, let's all say terribly, shocking things and drink together.
Drinking games that don't need cards
(We know you lost them by Tuesday)
END OF THE WEEK
OKAY LET'S GET BACK TO IT. You’re all mates by now, a little worse for wear but excited about the last few events before lectures start (sorry, never mention uni work in fresher’s week). These are some great games to play before you hit the town again!
Roxanne
A CLASSIC, it doesn’t matter how young and cool you are it is a CLASSIC we say. Rooooxxxxaaannneee.
Jenga Drinking Game
Play in teams. Test your skills, test your friendships, get drunk.
Now the end of the week is here and your head is pounding, stomach throbbing, and dignity a little more blemished than when you arrived, it’s time to take it easy and relax. Until next week's student night(s) of course...
